1. Production & Machinery ¿¿¿
Manufacturing of Spring : ¿¿¿ We have production range of Wire Diameter from 0.1 mm to 20 mm with customization. For production of Springs, we have Automatic Coiling Machines, Automatic Torsion Machine, Heat Treatment Facility. We have machinery majorly from Japan, Switzerland & Germany. ¿¿¿
Manufacturing of Sheet Metal Components : ¿¿¿ We have Mechanical Power Press with capacity range from 5 Ton to 50 Ton and Hydraulic Power Press with capacity range from 50 Ton to 200 Ton. We have Automatic deburring facility in-house and we also offer customized Laser Cutting parts and with customized finishing.
Tool Room : ¿¿¿ We have our own tool room and we manufacture all types of Cutting Dies for manufacturing of Sheet Metal Components and All types of Plastic Injection Moulding Dies.
2. Quality Control : ¿¿¿
Divence is committed to provide the superior quality products by meeting all the specifications and expectations of customers. ¿¿¿ We use the raw material as per specification of customers, as per standards of ISO, DIN, EN with the Test Certification of raw material as well as finish goods. We conduct the testing/inspection as per the International Standards which shows all the proccesses done on the finished material with the certification.
